i don't want to use this anymore...
I’ve always wondered if some products were originally created for the purpose they are used for today. Many common household products were actually invented for totally different reasons. Several world-changing inventions were made for a different, and often stupid, purpose.
Today, Lysol is used to disinfect hard surfaces and leave a desirable, attractive shine. The bottle’s warning label states “Do not spray on skin.” It also says “Highly flammable.” However, in the 1920s, it was used as a feminine cleanser. The story is all downhill from there. In the 1920s, Lysol was labeled as a beneficial, safe disinfectant. People believed Lysol worked because it was backed by European doctors that were completely made up. Lysol caused extreme discomfort and unpleasant affects. This caused women to use the product more because they thought Lysol would make it go away. Decades later, the American Medical Association discovered that Lysol was a fraud and discontinued it in 1967. Another person bought the company and decided to use the same product to clean surfaces. Many women were probably very confused and appalled that a product they once used was now labeled highly toxic.

interesting scents?
It’s hard to wear a new perfume or cologne after choosing a favorite, but sometimes it’s just time for a change. Different types of scents can attract different types of people. Are you unhappy with the type of people that seem to be drawn to you? If you want to have a date with an overweight, hungry, sloppy man or woman, you might want to try using Burger King’s scent- “Flame” This is actually a real product that was basically a failure from the start. It smells just like a fresh Whopper… really attractive, right?
Do you ever crave the smell of Play-Doh and want it to be on your body? Great, because Play-Doh created a perfume that smells just like the toy. Warning: This product will attract children between the ages of 3 and 7.

stupid world records
It has been one of my dreams to be on one of the pages of Guinness Book of Records. I would have a great conversation starter and a sense of pride and accomplishment. However, some people that are currently in the book have none of these.
The oldest male stripper started stripping at age 60 while recovering from prostate cancer…… wow. The man stripped from 2000 to 2007 and basically stripped until the day he died. He won over thirty contests before he passed away in 2007. I don’t know what type of contests these were, and I don’t really want to find out.
The man with the longest ear hair has thick, black hair growing out of his ears. The hair sticks out over five inches from his head. He says, "Making it to Guinness World Records is indeed a special occasion for me and my family. God has been very kind to me.” In his culture, strange, disgusting hair might be treasured.
